Hi all. My name is Jessica Storm, I’m 30 years young and I’m very healthy and fit. I eat right and take care of my body.
I decided to start this health and fitness blog because there are so many of my friends who aren’t very fit. They’re always asking me questions about what to eat, how to exercise and tons of others. I thought if they had all those questions, other people , normal people, like my friends, would have the same questions.
I’m not a vegetarian, I eat meat and I like it. I eat a variety of foods and even a big mac now and then. The key, to me, is eating supposedly bad foods, in moderation.
I workout with light weights 3 times a week and run on the other 4 days. This is what works for me and what keeps me healthy and fit. I’ve been interested in health and fitness since high school and my goal is to live to be older than 100. With enough exercise and eating right you can live that long too.
